Booking terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These booking terms set out the rules applicable to bookings made directly on the Hôtel Siatel website.
2. Scope
They apply to individual bookings made directly on hotelsiatel.com. They supplement the information displayed during the booking process and in the confirmation email.
3. Booking process
The customer selects the dates, preferred room and any optional services. The customer then provides contact details and accepts these terms before confirming the booking.
4. Confirmation
Once the booking has been created, a confirmation is sent by email to the address provided during the booking process. The customer should check the information in the confirmation and promptly contact reception if anything is incorrect.
5. Prices
Services offered on the website are displayed inclusive of all taxes (TTC). The amounts applicable to the booking are those displayed during the booking process and shown again in the confirmation.
6. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is calculated separately based on the booking details. It is included in the final total displayed to the customer before confirmation.
7. Breakfast and options
Breakfast is optional. If selected, its price is shown in the booking summary and included in the final total.
8. Payment
The booking system does not offer online payment. Payment is made directly at Hôtel Siatel.
9. Cancellation
Bookings made directly on the Hôtel Siatel website may be cancelled free of charge. If a sum has exceptionally already been collected for a booking covered by this policy, Hôtel Siatel will refund it in full.
To request a cancellation, the customer should contact reception and provide the information needed to identify the booking.
10. Changes
Bookings made directly on the Hôtel Siatel website may be changed free of charge, subject to availability for the new dates or requested services. To request a change, the customer should contact reception.
11. No-show
No no-show fee is provided for under these terms for bookings covered by this policy.
12. Arrival and departure
Room check-in is available from 2:00 pm Monday to Friday, and from 5:00 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Check-out is before 12:00 pm.
13. Arrival after 11:00 pm
The normal latest arrival time is 11:00 pm. After 11:00 pm, arrival is possible only with the reception’s prior and exceptional agreement.
14. Pets
Pets are accepted at the property. A supplement of €5 per pet per night applies.
15. Minors
Minors may stay at the property only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
16. Respect for the property
Customers must respect the property, its facilities, other guests and the hotel team. They must also follow safety rules and instructions provided by the hotel.
17. Liability
The customer is responsible for the information provided when making a booking. Hôtel Siatel cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer or improper use of the services offered. Hôtel Siatel’s liability is assessed within the limits provided by law.
18. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform resulting from an event of force majeure as defined by French law and case law.
19. Personal data
Data collected for a booking is processed in accordance with Hôtel Siatel’s Privacy and Cookies Policy.
20. Complaints
For any complaint, customers are invited to contact reception first by telephone at 03 81 41 12 22 or by email at siatelchateaufarine@hotelsiatel.com.
21. Consumer mediation
After first submitting a written complaint to Hôtel Siatel and if no satisfactory solution is reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed for the establishment:

22. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specified date or during a specified period. Hôtel Siatel nevertheless contractually offers the more favourable policy of free cancellation for the direct bookings covered by these terms.
