Bookings, contact and security
When you make a booking or contact request, we process the information needed to manage the request, stay and related communications: identity, contact details, dates, room choices and useful information. It is accessible to authorised staff and technical providers needed for the service, and retained for necessary, legal or rights-defence periods. Technical data may be processed to protect forms, limit abuse and secure the service.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure subject to legal limits, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
